Working with Inspiring Design has been the easiest and most productive relationship with an internet company I have had by far. In the past we have been swindled by other internet companies who make false promises, speak in confusing technical language and don't follow through. Justin and Inspiring Design have taken our small company under his wing and showed us what we were doing wrong, how they would fix it, and then showed us results as soon as they became available. I couldn't be happier with the service that he has provided and continues to show as more analysis rolls in and he fine tunes our website.

The company I work for is a family nursery my father started over 30 years ago. While I have tried to move his company forward in terms of technology, it has not been easy. When I first came to Justin, we had an out-of-date website, a SEO company that was taking our money and doing no work to show for it, and we had very few costumers finding us through our website. I told him that we wanted to bring the website into the 21st century, redo the SEO, and later he convinced us to start using a Google PPC campaign. What has happened in just 2 months time is remarkable. Within 3 weeks of contacting Justin, we had a collaboratively designed website that not only looked great, but was easier to navigate with content laid out in a logical manner. With the website complete, Justin then turned to SEO, quickly submitting us to dozens of search engines, trying to get us linked to as many sites as possible to increase our rank in the big search engines. We also collaboratively fine-tuned the keywords used to find us through the search engines. Finally, he advised us to start using the PPC campaign through Google. Not only have we seen results through website analytics, we've seen it through the storefront as well. Within weeks of starting using Inspiring Design we have seen dramatic increases in internet traffic, increases in phone calls directly coming from the website, and customers coming in with content printed from the website. Normally we would have maybe 5-10 hits a day before switching to Inspiring Design, now we are getting an average of almost 70 a day. I expect the traffic only to increase from here as we continue to improve the PPC campaign and as our rankings in search engines increase.

Throughout the process, Justin has been easy to contact, helpful with any questions I have, and has worked with us every step of the way. He let us know what he wanted to do, what the expected results would be, and then showed the results when they came in weekly. When I came to him in a rush and told him we were going to have a monthly contest, and needed a contest entry form and rules page online within two days, Justin had it up in one day. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Justin has shown himself to be a true professional and great businessman. I am extremely pleased with our website, with the results, and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Justin and Inspiring Design.
